Many people believe that the mayan people have dissapear due to everything that happen in the conquest but there are still alot of them. Many of them still live in Guatemala, mexico and other different places. They still hold their religion, art and overall culture very close to them. A lot of the problems the mayan people suffer from all the civil war and goverment problems they live in.
